Acquisition Announcement

The Ice Co Storage & Logistics have acquired Savage Haulage Ltd, based in March and Thetford, (both members of the Cold Chain Federation) as they take great strides in their commitment to offer unique and dedicated nationwide storage and logistics services.

After another hugely successful year, The Ice Co Storage & Logistics are in a position of growth, and after a long period of discussion are overjoyed to announce the expansion of their network.

The acquisition of Savage Haulage Ltd is a perfect fit for the groups vision to build a trustworthy, unique network of cold store and distribution locations across the UK and aligns with their plans to further commit to enhancing the future of their employee experience and partners success.

On the acquisition, Managing Director of The Ice Co Storage & Logistics, Paul Martin said,

The addition of two cold store sites to our portfolio in Thetford and March, with a logistics operation at the March site is a great asset in allowing us to grow our client base, service our clients better, and take steps to becoming the storage and logistics business that our company strategy is so focused on.
