Q. Why is it important to be a part of the Cold Chain Federation?

The Cold Chain Federation provides Resource Data Management with an opportunity to develop a 360° analysis of the industry. We learn about industry trends and aspirations, and it provides us with a platform to collaborate and share ideas with other people. We help customers to ensure that their systems are compliant, energy efficient and sustainable, and we are proud of our involvement in the Cold Chain Federation.

Q. What are Resource Data Management’s aspirations for the industry?

We want to empower businesses by delivering refrigeration and HVAC control and monitoring solutions. Our customers are on a journey to reduce energy and maintenance costs, optimise their assets and boost profitability, and we are a key partner in this transition to net zero. We want our customers to have access to good quality data, that they can use to make informed decisions and interventions that meet the needs of their business.

The cold chain transcends industries and is a key stakeholder in delivering a low-carbon future. Furthermore, customers will need to maintain food safety regulatory compliance and due diligence control whilst improving efficiency, and RDM are a key part of this process. We want to help customers raise their awareness of the scalable solutions that are available to them.

We’d like all cold chain businesses to have detailed control of all of their HVACR assets so that they are working at optimum performance, and we have tried and tested examples of achieving this with our customers.
