Prohire Limited Secure Huntapac Fleet for 2021 & 2022

Leading the charge as the UK’s most trusted provider of sustainable vehicle hire, Commercial vehicle contract hire and fleet management provider & Cold Chain Federation member, Prohire secure deal to supply DAF tractor units to Huntapac Produce ltd.  

The DAF XF 480 FTG Super Space Cab units have been supplied on full contract hire with repair and management and will begin operating from the Huntapac site in Preston early next month.

Huntapac is a fourth-generation family-owned business which was established in 1942. Nestled in a small village in the heart of Lancashire, they specialise in growing, packing and distributing a variety of root vegetables, brassicas and salads.

Commenting on their new vehicles, Transport Manager Joanne Cleece says, “As part of one of the UK’s largest family-run root vegetable businesses, we’re thrilled to partner with Prohire and we look forward to celebrating our 80th anniversary with them in 2022.”
