FleetLogic Relaunches Product Offering & Introduces Innovative Accident Management App
FleetLogic part of the Cold Chain Federation member Prohire Group is relaunching its product offering taking it to even greater heights of service delivery by making it a true ‘end to end’ Accident Management proposition.
Aimed specifically at the Commercial vehicle sector, FleetLogic has been a ‘sleeping giant’ within the business for too long says Pat Skelly, CEO who adds that for a number of years FleetLogic has been providing a really responsive and cost effective accident repair solution to the Prohire customer base along with other operators of commercial vehicles who either own their vehicle fleet or who use other contract hire and leasing providers.
The services provided cover all types of vans, trucks and semi-trailers whether these are dry-freight, temperature controlled or of a more specialist nature with many contracts including the company car fleet. In addition to accident repairs, vehicle re-livery/ sign-writing projects on multiple vehicle fleets have been undertaken, additionally End of Contract Dilapidation Repair Management has seen a very strong upturn whereby FleetLogic carry out the repairs to BVRLA fair wear and tear standards on returning vehicles, to either the previous lease provider where the Prohire sales team have successfully secured new contract hire business and outed the incumbent, or indeed when commercial vehicle operators have faced unnecessarily high return costs with FleetLogic delivering cost savings in excess of 50% against the estimates provided to the operator.
It’s as a result of this proven success that FleetLogic have invested in an enlarged team, tailormade IT infrastructure, a newly transformed response centre and last, but by no means least, the development of an innovative Accident Management App which will enable drivers to complete a ‘First Notification of Loss’ incident at the scene of an accident and submit the details on-line, saving time and capturing essential data at the most important moment. Alternatively, the driver can simply request a call back for assistance via the App. Skelly continues by saying, it is a known fact that the first 30 minutes following a Road Traffic Incident are the most critical, i.e. capturing images of any damage, recording any third party involvement along with any other valuable information that will speed up the process of ultimately returning a vehicle back into operation, which is often bespoke to the customer. To underpin the FleetLogic commitment in providing fast efficient and cost effective support the FleetLogic team has embraced a truly meaningful suite of Key Performance measures for what is after all considered by many Prohire customers, to be their first emergency service.
