Cold Chain Federation welcome new member REEF-UKC

Cold Chain Federation would like to welcome REEF-UKC to our membership.

Reef-UKC is a unique UK-based research network focused on developing sustainable, low-carbon cooling systems to support the nation’s transition to a net-zero energy future. Funded with £0.5 million by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) for two years, the network brings together academia, industry, government, and societal stakeholders. Reef-UKC aims to lead pioneering research that integrates renewable energy with advanced, clean cooling technologies. By providing pump-priming funds and fostering collaboration, Reef-UKC seeks to deliver resilient, holistic cooling solutions essential for sectors such as food, Medicines, data security etc.
