For 8 years Andrew has been a instrumental part of the Magnavale busines from its first purchase of Via Cold Stores in 2012 has grown to a major UK player with 200,000 pallet places across multiple facilities. He talks about the groups ambitious and innovative plans for the future, not least the developemnt at Thames Enterprise Park, and he and Shane reflect on what modern leadership in the cold chain is all about.
