Why are we supporting the Cold Chain Federation?
The Supply Chain Consulting Group (SCCG) is proud to be a member of the Cold Chain Federation, and headline partners of the Cold Chain Live! Conference. As one of the UK’s leading Supply Chain and Logistics Consultancies, it is vital to keep ahead of the latest news, and insights, as we endeavour to continually improve our business within this sector.
SCCG are also proud partners of the 67th Annual General Meeting of the Cold Chain Federation, and Annual Lunch, on 21st May, at the Atmosphere 29 venue. This event is a prestigious gathering of industry leaders in businesses that run the UK’s cold chain. Tim Shipman the Political Editor of the Sunday Times, will be attending as a special guest speaker, as a man with the inside track on the people, events and controversies of recent political times.
Gavin Parnell, SCCG Director commented, in a Recent Webinar: “SCCG is thrilled to be part of The Cold Chain Federation team as we can provide our area of expertise into the network. We are pleased with the level of energy and focus coming from Cold Chain Federation over the last 12 months and it’s a real opportunity for the Cold Chain Federation to bring together all the partners within the cold chain and discuss the current environmental, economic and political issues and any changes in the market driven by consumer expectations and violations of businesses that we work with. We find all the Cold Chain Federation events and the ‘Cold Chain Live!’ as great network opportunities and are keen to be as involved as we can.”
